New Zealand Sikhs enhance their 135 plus years of history – nationwide 24 Gurudwaras unify to initiate ONE organisation to represent our political and social issues.
In total this organisation accumulates more than 30,000 weekly attendees which elevates our community.
Daljit Singh has been appointed to coordinate the group and form a committee in the coming month. A youth group &
Woman’s wing also be announced same time.
Priority Issues passed such as;
1. 5K’s.
2. Parents residence visa policy,
3. Offshore stuck migrants.
4. Resolving and liaising matters in urgency for people without visa.
A motion of thanks has been passed to the NZ Government to announce one of residency visa policy.
